Clear Diagnostic Pricing
The diagnostic fee is $95. If you approve the repair, that fee is credited toward the total repair cost.
Gabriel will explain the problem and the available repair options before additional work begins. The repair cost depends on the diagnosis and any parts needed.
What to Bring
Bring your laptop and its charger, and describe when the problem started. Note any error messages or recent damage so Gabriel can understand what happened.
If the laptop still works, back up important files before your visit when possible. If it will not start or you suspect a failing drive, call for guidance before trying more fixes. Let Gabriel know if protecting or recovering files is your main concern.
Repair, Upgrade, or Replace?
A battery, keyboard, or other part replacement may extend a laptop’s useful life. For a slow computer, an SSD or memory upgrade may be worth considering when the laptop supports it. The diagnosis helps you compare the repair options with the computer’s age, condition, and your needs.
If suspicious pop-ups, browser redirects, or security warnings are the main issue, see the virus and malware removal service for guidance before your visit.
